National Association of Foreign Trade Zones Annual Conference is the largest FTZ-related event in the United States. With over 460 in attendance last year, the 2015 event will be held in Hollywood, California, and feature receptions and round table discussions designed to help grantees, consultants, users and economic development professionals expand their networks of contacts within the FTZ community.
Two economic development leaders from Greater Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky will attend this year’s FTZ Annual Conference, being held in September 2015. Melissa Johnson is Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority Director and responsible for business development and governance for FTZ 46 & 47 federal grantee. Adam Singer is Managing Director of Business Development & Expansion for REDI Cincinnati. In this role, Singer leads a team to increase the economic impact in the region by attracting new businesses while developing and implementing plans to accelerate the growth of existing Greater Cincinnati companies.
